I’ll answer that firstly, since the employees of the company are its main value since they guarantee company’s efficient activity, they should be informed beforehand on the need for change. Secondly, I think it’s rather effective to hold a questionnaire among the employees and to ask them what they think about changes and if they can offer something. Such measures will prepare the staff, and its members will perceive and interpret the changes much easier.
